1. First Conversation
When you reach out about wedding photography, my goal is to make everything feel easy from the very beginning. We’ll talk about your day, your vision, and the moments that matter most to you — whether that’s quiet, emotional exchanges or big celebrations with everyone you love.

I’ll walk you through how I work and what you can expect. No pressure, no complicated decisions — just a friendly chat to see if we’re the right fit.
2. Planning & Preparation
Once your session is booked, I’ll send you a short prep guide to help you feel completely ready.

Timeline support. You don’t need to create the perfect schedule on your own. I’ll help you plan a timeline that keeps things flowing smoothly and gives us gorgeous light for your portraits.

What to expect at each part of the day. From getting ready to the evening party, you’ll know exactly how I work and how I blend into the atmosphere — capturing genuine, unposed moments.

Your couple portraits. I’ll share ideas for keeping portraits quick, natural, and meaningful so you can enjoy your day instead of feeling like you’re at a photoshoot.

Family photos. We’ll create a short, stress-free list ahead of time so everything runs smoothly and no one important is missed.

Questionnaire. Closer to the wedding, I’ll send a small questionnaire covering names, timings, key relationships, and anything special you want photographed.
3. The Day of the Wedding
My job is to make you feel completely at ease — present in the moment, not worried about cameras.

Getting Ready. I’ll arrive quietly, capturing details, atmosphere, and natural interactions. I’ll guide gently when needed but mostly let things unfold.

Ceremony. I stay unobtrusive, watching for those honest, emotional moments — the little glances, the nerves, the joy.

Couple Portraits. You won’t be asked to pose stiffly. Instead, I’ll guide you with simple prompts that feel effortless:

These small movements create intimate, timeless images while keeping everything relaxed.

Family Formals. Quick, efficient, and organised — so everyone can get back to celebrating.

Reception & Evening. I move with the energy of the room, capturing laughter, connection, and the atmosphere of your celebration. Nothing forced, just real moments.
4. After the Wedding
After we wrap up, I’ll send you a message to let you know how wonderful the wedding went and to give you a sense of what’s next.

If you’ve chosen a package that includes it, you may receive a small preview so you can relive the moment while the full gallery is being prepared.
5. Editing & Delivery
Your photos are carefully edited in my timeless, intimate style — nothing rushed, nothing overdone. Generally around 8 weeks.​

Once editing is finished, you’ll receive an online gallery that’s easy to view, download, and share. The images are curated to feel like a story — your story. You’ll also get both colour and black-and-white versions where it suits the mood.
6. After You Receive Your Photos
I’ll send you a warm thank-you, along with reminders about printing options and any next steps. If you’d like help choosing frames or products, I’m always happy to assist.
